Ganesh Kumar Bangah
Ganesh Kumar Bangah (“Ganesh”) is a technology industry leader, serial entrepreneur and startup investor. Ganesh was the Ernst & Young Technology Entrepreneur of the Year Malaysia 2012 and one of Asia’s most influential people according to Society Magazine 2015. He was also recognised as one of South East Asia’s Top 30 Tech Founders by Tech In Asia in 2016 and was recognised as one of the the most inspiring Malaysian technology entrepreneurs by Top 10 of Malaysia.
Shin Gern Sam
Sam Shin Gern (Sam), the Group COO of Commerce.Asia, started his career in the world of big data. From being the first hire in the Business Intelligence department of About.com (now dotdash), one of the biggest content sites in the world, Sam grew the team and inculcated deep analytics practices across the entire organization. He then went to Silicon Valley based Upwork where he led the Marketing analytics practice. After 7 years in the US, Sam then made the switch to China where he led both the Product and Marketing team for Seedlink, an Artificial Intelligence start up that scaled to over 20 countries in the time that he was there.
